The claim window opens 60 days before Day 1. Submit at least one calendar day before Day 1 so we can verify it before attendance; SSG pays Carbyne Education directly.

How to claim UTAP (NTUC members): claim after the course at the NTUC U Portal, utap.ntuc.org.sg with Singpass. Quote UTAP course code C00039959 and upload your payment receipt and Certificate of Completion within 6 months of your final course day. NTUC reimburses 50% of the amount you actually paid after SkillsFuture Credit, capped at S$250 a year (S$500 for members aged 40 and above). UTAP cannot reimburse the portion paid with SkillsFuture Credit.
