Funding claims

Using SkillsFuture Credit, PSEA, and UTAP, step by step.

These funding routes apply to the IFPA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer Seminar only (SkillsFuture course code TGS-2026064830 · UTAP course code C00039959). The specialist modules are self-funded. SkillsFuture Credit is settled before the course, PSEA must be arranged with Carbyne before payment, and UTAP is a post-course reimbursement on eligible out-of-pocket fees.

Before the course starts

SkillsFuture Credit

Who can claim
Singapore Citizens aged 25 and above, using the credit in their own SkillsFuture account.
When
The claim window opens 60 days before Day 1. Submit at least one calendar day before Day 1 so Carbyne can verify it before attendance.
What it covers
Your nett course fee after SSG funding, up to your available credit — paid by SSG directly to Carbyne Education.
  1. Declare it when you applyEnter the credit amount you plan to use in the application form's funding estimate. Checkout then charges only the remaining balance — never pay the credit portion in cash, as SSG may reject a claim for fees you have already paid.
  2. Get your course invoiceWe automatically email your PDF invoice after receiving your completed application and funding choice. It shows your name, course code, course title, course date, full fee, SSG funding, declared SkillsFuture Credit, and balance payment.
  3. Log in and find the courseGo to sfc.myskillsfuture.gov.sg/claim and log in with Singpass. Open the 'Course Enrolment' tab first — if we have already submitted your enrolment, your course shows there and you can claim against it directly. Otherwise use the 'Submit a Claim' tab and find the course by its reference number TGS-2026064830 (the PFT seminar's SkillsFuture code), its title, or Training Provider 'Carbyne Education', then select your Course Run or key in the course start date.
  4. Enter the amounts and uploadEnter the fee payable by you and the credit amount you declared, upload the invoice (PDF, JPEG, or PNG, up to 4MB), accept the terms, and submit.
  5. Track it — SSG pays us directlyClaims take up to 14 working days to process, and you can track the status in the portal. Approved credit is paid to Carbyne Education, not refunded to you.

If the claim is not submitted by Carbyne's one-calendar-day-before deadline, the declared amount may remain payable before attendance. Credit use is subject to your available balance and SSG approval.
